What's the difference between life coaching and ADHD coaching?
Great question. ADHD coaching IS Life coaching but it also incorporates learning modules so you understand your brain wiring and can uncover your specific ADHD-trait challenges and how they relate to your experience. Together we will discuss your needs and determine which fits best.
How do I know if I'm ready for coaching?
The best way to determine if coaching is right for you is to experience it first hand through a coaching conversation. You may be ready for coaching if you can say “yes” to these five statements.
