Make Life Click.

Find what matters, focus your energy, and take the steps that make a difference

ADHD makes focus hard. Grief and major life transitions do, too. I specialize in both.

When your brain is wired differently, or life has been turned upside down, and the approaches you’ve tried just don’t fit—the problem isn’t you. You’re smart, capable, and creative, but ADHD brings real challenges with consistency, focus, and follow-through. Life’s hard changes, and losses do that, too. And that’s exhausting.

What works? Support built around your strengths, shaped by your goals, and designed for your real life. Not generic advice that might work for everyone else.

Less pressure. More Progress. Room to finally breathe.

Meet Your Coach

Hello, I’m Kerri Goodman, an ICF-certified ADHD coach. I have ADHD, too.

I was the talkative, struggling student who later became the busy mom and ambitious problem-solving entrepreneur, juggling a million things, but my kids could never find matching socks.

Of course, the struggles went much deeper than that. They showed up in areas I really cared about: not seeing my own successes, showing up late or unprepared for important things, an overpacked, unmanageable schedule, and the weight of feeling “not enough” nearly every day.

When I was finally diagnosed later in life, it wasn’t a surprise. But it was a relief. Understanding how ADHD impacted me uniquely changed how I approached my life and my work.

As a coach, I work with ADHD professionals, moms, and families using a whole-person approach that’s warm, curious, and action-oriented. ADHD is part of your story, not all of it—and we’ll build on everything that makes you, you.

Could unresolved grief be the missing puzzle piece?

If you’re doing the work—strategies, tools, routines—but still feel stuck, there may be something deeper going on. Many of us carry invisible grief: the weight of missed chances, unrealized expectations, lost time, broken relationships, or even a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis. Unaddressed losses can weigh us down, drain energy, and impact day-to-day life. Grief Recovery helps you free up space in your head and heart so you can focus, live in the present, and be more yourself again.
