Individual Coaching With an ADHD lens
Whole-person coaching that helps you understand your ADHD and apply that insight to everyday life. You’ll learn how your brain works, recognize patterns, and develop strategies that fit your goals, energy, and responsibilities. Often, this work includes navigating life transitions such as career changes, empty nesting, or evolving roles and priorities.
Optional: Coaching can be integrated with your Christian faith if that is meaningful to you.

ADHD Group Coaching, Focus & Flourish
Looking for structure plus the power of community? This supportive group helps women gain insight and build momentum. Each week blends education, reflection, and practical application—covering topics like understanding your brain, managing time and tasks, navigating emotions, leveraging strengths, and creating systems that stick.
Your Investment: $297/month (2 months) or $570 paid in full
