Every woman with ADHD has her own unique gifts, challenges, and goals. The group cohort is tailored for the 6-8 women participating, and each gets a personal session and support during the six weeks.

Six 75-minute group coaching sessions
Weekly live sessions that combine expert knowledge with interactive coaching in an engaging, supportive, and structured environment, offering actionable steps and ongoing encouragement to help you stay focused and implement ADHD-friendly strategies between sessions. -

I’m offering this ADHD group coaching program to a select group of women as a pilot program at a significantly reduced rate before launching at full price.
As part of this exclusive first round, you’ll receive the full coaching experience, including six 75-minute group sessions and one private coaching session, for $297*.
The group begins mid-February! We will meet either Monday 10:00-11:15 or Tuesday evenings 6:45-8:00 pm EST. More will be determined based on the group availability.
*This exclusive rate is a one-time offer for a select group of women who join the pilot program. After this, the price will reflect the current rates for coaching programs of this caliber. At the completion of the program, you’ll be asked to complete an evaluation of your experience.
