I’m also a wife, mom to 4 and a nana to 3. I’m a recovering perfectionist/people pleaser, with a creative, ambitious, and busy ADHD brain. 

I understand the challenges of growing up and navigating adulthood with ADHD. There is shame, frustration, and confusion about why we can’t live up to our potential, enjoy our successes, and feel in control of life. We long to be our best selves at work and in relationships and to make a meaningful difference every day. And I’m here to tell you that we can do those things and more. 

 Whether you have ADHD or simply feel “ADHD-ish” at times, I’m here for you! You don’t have to DIY ADHD!
